Blessed afternoon beautiful souls!!
With the whirlwind of preparation for 'The Becoming' retreat held at the breathtaking Mungalli Falls, and diving straight back into work, its been such an incredible few weeks!
I know Ian from Spirit Synchronicity and I both feel so much gratitude and enrichment from the experiance that it is defiantly something we are looking forward to not only participating in in the future, but improving and building content to present that will help retreat guests feel empowered and self aware, holding space for growth and feeling the buzz of excitement as individuals to step forward with confidance ❤️
What an eye opening 2 days of workshops that covered many elements of energy and self discovery in spiritual practice, it was so inspiring with a team of dedicated facilitators that are deeply passionate about what they do and the people coming to learn and build community 🙏✨️
Much love to everyone, we can't wait for the next one!

Inspiration doesn’t always come from something new. Sometimes it comes from something “older”. Fragile, but “older”... a part of you that you stopped listening to. It’s part that was curious without a goal, about the world overall That created without needing approval.
That moved toward things simply because they felt alive.

Today many call it the inner child, but it isn’t childish, it’s unfiltered. Its roots are before comparison, before performance, and even before everything had to make sense or be justified.

That part still exists. It just gets quieter over time, covered by expectations, pressure, and the need to be taken seriously.

So we look outward for inspiration, more content, more stimulation, while something inside us is still waiting to be heard. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with doing some research, outer stimulation and brainstorming during the creation process. What I want to say is that there may be something more powerful that can drive your creativity. And the strongest creative impulse doesn’t come from forcing.It comes from reconnecting. From allowing that earlier part of you to participate again. Not to escape reality, but to bring life back into it.
