The IEEE Oceanic Engineering SocietyEEE Oceanic Engineering Society Australian Chapter recently co-hosted a technical seminar by A/Prof Karen Joyce on "Drones for monitoring marine ecosystems on Lizard Island and in the Torres Strait", alongside Australian Institute of Marine Science and CSIRO. It was fascinating to listen to drone mapping advances from both a technology sense (such as through GeoNadir accessible datasets) and science-applications sense (such as in coral bleaching monitoring scenarios). Thanks for your time Karen!

Are you interested in joining OES? We would love to have you as part of our community!
