Converting dead space into something more usable. That’s what we did here for some friends in Ulverstone.
Removing a staircase that was originally in place for a 2nd level. Repairing the walls and ceiling and giving everything a fresh coat of paint. It’s now ready for some storage options.

Another week (well, 4days) another fence done. 36m long and 1.7m high.
In between dodging rose bushes on the other side and left over building materials, was nice to have some warm summer weather to get this one done.
Now just waiting on the fence capping to match the other side of the property.
