One thing I’ve realised while building GippsHost is that people are often happy to support a small business with likes and shares, but don’t always think of that business when they actually need what it provides.

I’ll be honest—that can be frustrating.

Over the next day or so, take a moment to look at who you’re paying for your internet, web hosting, domains and phone services. What sort of company are they? Do they know who you are? And when you needed help over the past 12 months, how well did they actually support you?
