Today I created a 'Superwoman Circuit Breaker' for women who keep taking on too much, struggle to say no, and find themselves agreeing to things their whole body is already screaming NO to.

It’s a simple Catch It → Pause It → Choose It → Change It reset to help you interrupt the automatic yes before it turns into another thing you resent.

Comment SUPERWOMAN and I'll DM you a copy. 🦸🏼‍♀️😘

Ladies, let’s all stop sh****ng on our expression, mmkay?

I had such a delightful day yesterday at the Richmond Wellness & Lifestyle Expo!

I loved meeting so many people passionate about their wellbeing.

And I loved sharing a this blank canvas as a space for women to write a word or phrase, or draw some kind of decoration that represents what they’re calling in for themselves for 2027.

BUT… SO MANY women backed away from my proffered sharpie explaining that they’re not artistic…

Now don’t get me wrong, if you stuck a microphone in my face and asked me to sing and I wasn’t expecting it (unless I was a few wines in), I’m backing away from that mic. So I’m totally calling myself out with this post, too!

But I felt SO sad when these women held back their expression and participation in something beautiful because they didn’t feel their contribution would be ‘good enough’.

Phew. I can assure you. NO ONE was judging.

And generally in life, this applies. People are usually too busy worrying about their own lives to worry about you.

And I know that little platitude does nothing to touch the existential dread that can kick in when our brain feels like we’re going to be exposed.

But life is better when it gets lived in. Worn. So we have to tackle the ways we keep ourselves small and stop ourselves from having a go to avoid feeling the shame or discomfort at exposure.

And I LOVED what WAS expressed and drawn and written on this canvas. I loved watching women dive in and laugh and smile while writing and drawing. I loved watching the ones who took it seriously and paused to reflect before picking up the texta.

I hope all of their intentions come to light - and I hope yours do, too!

So, I’m curious, where do you hold back your expression for fear of being not good enough, or not wanting to be seen? And I lovingly challenge you to stop sh****ng on yourself in that place, and lean in. 💖

Ever feel like you want a stronger, healthier body - but life gets in the way??

Around a year ago, I came across a fabulous lady doing amazing things in the women’s wellbeing space, and I want to share her gifts with you today…

This woman’s work answers some burning challenges I come across in my ambitious female clients on the regular. 👀

One of the conversations I’m often in with driven women is the balancing act of stress, hormones, energy levels, inflammation and already-full lives.

They WANT to look after their bodies.

They WANT to feel strong, fit and well.

But finding a way of exercising that actually works within that ecosystem - without creating more overwhelm, exhaustion or stress - can be surprisingly difficult.

Enter… Jess Mather! 🙌🏻

Jess is a strength and rehab professional who specialises in working with female bodies, helping women build strength and improve their health in ways that account for the realities of their bodies and lives.

She also works with people navigating chronic pain and other limiting conditions who want to rebuild their bodies without constantly flaring their symptoms.

It’s been a pleasure to follow her work ever since we were introduced. She’s warm, deeply skilled and is so clearly the real deal in the noisy world of big promises in the online health coaching space.

If you’ve ever grappled with how to have the health, strength and relationship with your body you desire while ALSO juggling the demands of a full life, she has a free live workshop coming up on Sat, Aug 26th from 12-1P EST on how women over the age of 35 with chronic fatigue, injuries, or hormonal shifts can still build a body they love in just 3 hours a week.

You can register by following the link in the comments, and yes, recordings are available for attendees! Enjoy! 💖

Lots of busy capable women I meet struggle to rest. They’re scared that when they do stop, they won’t be able to start again. When they do try to rest they’re faced with agitation and an impulse to get back into action.

If this is familiar, you have a nervous system stuck in a state of vigilance. It’s your job to build a system that can inhabit a range of different states. Stop, rest, and see what comes up - what fears and anxieties are you confronted with? What would happen if you didn’t just get back in motion to avoid these feelings, and instead, sat with them and felt them?

Being able to stop, rest meaningfully, fully unwind and soften AND get back in action when you need to is the goal, but you have to confront the discomfort you feel at the edges of your range.
