Did you know you can attach receipts, contracts, statements and supplier invoices directly to your Xero transactions?

Instead of hunting through emails, folders and your downloads when you need to find something, attach it to the transaction when you’re doing it.

Organise it now → Find it later → Save yourself the headache. 🙌

🌟 What’s your favourite part of your job?
- I love working with inspirational clients and a loyal, committed team, helping small and medium-sized businesses gain confidence and clarity around their finances through Xero. Seeing clients feel empowered and in control is incredibly rewarding.

🌟 What’s one thing clients might not realise about what you do?
- Most clients have no idea what we actually do—and that’s often a sign we’re doing it well. Great bookkeeping is virtually invisible. There are no late lodgement fines, no stressful sleepless nights, no uncertainty around the numbers, and no unexpected letters from the ATO. Behind the scenes, we’re constantly monitoring deadlines, maintaining accurate records, solving problems before they become issues, and keeping the financial foundations of a business strong and compliant. To our clients, it can sometimes feel like magic because everything simply runs as it should, but that peace of mind comes from years of expertise, systems, and attention to detail working quietly in the background. The real value of what we do is giving business owners the confidence and freedom to focus on their own zone of genius, knowing their finances are being taken care of.

🌟 What’s been your proudest work moment so far?
- I’m truly proud of the entire journey — 26 years in business and counting. As a shy country girl from an outback farm, having the courage to “hang out my shingle” just after turning 26 was a huge leap of faith. Since then, people have trusted me with their businesses, their livelihoods, and often their vulnerabilities — a responsibility I’ve never taken lightly. Over the years, I’ve adapted and evolved alongside the profession, moving from onsite, paper-based systems to cloud-based environments, and from working while sitting on milk crates in the backroom to running a fully functioning professional office. What makes me proudest, though, is the relationships I’ve built and the trust I’ve earned. I’ve had the privilege of working with some truly phenomenal individuals, helping businesses grow and navigate challenges, while continually learning and growing myself. Looking back, it’s not one single moment that stands out — it’s the entire journey, and the fact that after 26 years, I’m still passionate about what I do.
