At just 12 years old, Elizabeth migrated to Sydney in May 1990, a life-changing journey that broadened her worldview and strengthened her connection to both her Filipino heritage and her Australian home. This experience laid the foundation for her adaptability and determination.
With a career spanning over two decades, Elizabeth has extensive experience across commercial and public practice, beginning in 2000 when GST was first introduced. Her deep understanding of tax systems, compliance, and business environments allows her to offer practical, insightful guidance to clients across diverse industries.
In 2011, Elizabeth founded Amper & Policarpio, turning her vision of business ownership into reality. Running her own practice has given her the flexibility to build a purpose-driven career while raising her three children with her husband—proving that success is not just about growth, but also about balance and presence.
