What might happen if you stopped editing yourself?

For Danni Novytarger, aka The Hormonal Queen, self-expression started somewhere she never expected.

During a season of grief, she turned to social media as an outlet, sharing the raw, ridiculous, hilarious, and completely unfiltered reality of midlife.

What started as therapy became something millions of women connected with.

At Someday to Today, Danni is bringing The Hormonal Queen to life with a special comedy performance exclusively for our VIP guests. 👑

Expect her hilarious, no-filter take on midlife, menopause and all the things women are thinking but don’t always say out loud.

Basically... prepare to laugh until you cry.

Who said retirement has to be the starting line for enjoying your life? 🤔

I’ve spent 30 years in financial services, in an industry that teaches us to prepare for the day we stop working, also known as ‘retirement’.

And due to some very personal family circumstances, it’s made me question the way we think about it.

Not whether we should prepare financially for retirement, absolutely we should.

But whether we should be waiting until then to do the things that make us feel alive.

To travel, sing, dance, create, change direction, start the thing, build the business, play the game, volunteer, teach etc. (I could be here all day with this list).

But to do more of… whatever lights you up.

Because life rarely follows the timeline we imagined. And none of us knows how long we have.

This video is personal and I almost didn’t share it.

But I feel so strongly about it, I changed my mind.

It’s also part of the reason I created Someday to Today.

Because I don’t want more women waiting for some future version of life… to finally start living the one they want now.

You don’t have to wait for retirement, or for one day when.

What you want, can start today. 💖

What dream have you quietly decided you're too old, or too late, to pursue? 💖

Lana Clark spent a lifetime helping other people and businesses navigate change.

Then she decided it was time for a reinvention of her own.

She reignited a childhood dream of singing and began stepping onto a very different kind of stage.

At Someday to Today, Lana will share what made her finally do it, and what she's discovered about age, timing, feeling ready and beginning again.

And she won't just tell us about it, she's going to show us what reinvention looks like.

Lana will sing as part of her presentation, stepping into the very dream she once left behind, right there on stage. 🎤

And for our VIP guests, Lana will perform exclusively as part of the VIP experience.

This is courage in action .

A woman deciding that something she has wanted since childhood still matters.

And it’s never too late. 💖

Come join Lana at Someday to Today:

What if those nerves you feel before doing something scary aren’t telling you to stop?

What if they’re actually giving you the energy you need to perform at your best?

Lisa Pagotto knows it as peak performance anxiety, taking that nervous, jittery energy and reframing it as adrenaline you can use. 💝

I love this because we so often interpret nerves as a warning:
Maybe I’m not ready.
Maybe I shouldn’t do this.
Maybe this isn’t for me.

Yet nerves and excitement can feel remarkably similar in the body.
So rather than trying to get rid of the fear, what if you asked:

How can I use this energy? ⚡️

That’s exactly what Lisa has learned to do before stepping onto a keynote stage, walking into an important meeting, or doing something that stretches her.

And it’s just one part of a much bigger conversation about learning when to listen to yourself and what can happen when you don’t.

Lisa shares the extraordinary story of ignoring an intuition that was screaming at her, the business decision that nearly cost her everything, and the small act of courage that helped turn things around.

What happens on a girls’ weekend...
teaches you a few things about life. 💖

I’ve just spent a few glorious days away with 9 incredible women.

Lots of laughs.
Plenty of ridiculousness.
Some vulnerable moments.
Many new experiences.
Gorgeous new friendships formed.
And conversations that will stay in my heart forever. 💕

We spend so much time looking at people from the outside and assuming we know who they are, what comes easily to them, what they’re afraid of, or what they’ve been through.

But do we really know them? Really?

That’s one of the greatest gifts of spending real time with people.

You stop seeing the version of them you thought you knew... and start seeing more of who they really are.
Or you meet someone new and the connection is instant, like you’ve known them forever.

And somehow, being around people who feel safe enough to be fully themselves gives you a little more permission to be fully yourself too.

That’s the magic of being in the right room, with the right people.
It’s everything. 💖

Thanks to all the beautiful women I spent the last few days with.

You taught me so much, reminded me of so much,  and enriched my life that little bit more.  Thank you  💝

What if the thing holding you back isn’t your ability...
but what you’ve come to believe about yourself?

That’s part of Shantelle Lay’s story.

And at Someday to Today, she’s going to share what happened when she realised her own beliefs were standing between her and what she wanted…and what she did about it.

Because sometimes hearing another woman’s story helps you recognise something in your own. 💖

Swipe through and meet Shantelle ➡️

Then come and experience her share her story on stage.

Most of us spend so much time trying to change our circumstances...
..that we forget the biggest shift often happens when we change the way we see ourselves.

Because when you see yourself differently, you start making different decisions.

You put your hand up.
You ask the question.
You back the idea.
You stop waiting.
You notice opportunities that were there all along.

That’s why I created Someday to Today.
Because I believe every woman deserves the chance to step away from the everyday, see herself through a fresh lens, and discover what else might be possible.

If you’ve got a feeling there’s something more waiting for you... I’d love you to join us.

Have you ever noticed that some people seem to embrace uncertainty... while others avoid it at all costs?

In this week’s Courageous Me podcast, when I asked Jane Lim her to describe herself, she didn’t say she was a financial planner, lecturer, podcaster, mum, or ultramarathon runner.

She started by saying, “I’m a curious mind.”

And then everything she shared about her journey made sense… and came back to this.

Moving countries. Starting a business at 26. Taking up running after 40 and eventually completing ultramarathons. And now, to making one of the hardest decisions of her life…to separate and divorce, despite it not making sense on paper or to others around her.

Because curiosity doesn’t wait for certainty.

It leans into the unknown.

And the unknown is exactly where a curious mind thrives.

I truly believe curiosity is one of the greatest catalysts for courage, growth, and possibility

🎙️ If you’ve ever found yourself facing uncertainty, wondering whether to trust your gut even when it doesn’t make sense, you’ll love this conversation with Jane.

Every woman on the Someday to Today stage has a story.

Not because they always had it figured out...

But because they didn’t.

They’ve questioned themselves.
They’ve waited.
They’ve doubted.
They’ve burned out.
They’ve hidden.
They’ve lost their voice.
They’ve wondered if it was too late.
They’ve believed the stories that kept them stuck.

And then...

They chose a different chapter.

Because Someday to Today isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about seeing yourself differently, so you can discover what you’re truly capable of.

Have you ever stopped to think about who might be waiting for you to go first?

So often we make our dreams, ideas and next steps about ourselves.

What if I fail?What will people think?Am I ready?

But what if it isn’t just about you?

What if the courage to follow what’s calling you gives someone else permission to do the same?

Every time we choose courage, we create a ripple effect we may never fully see.

Someone is watching. Someone is thinking, “If she can do it... maybe I can too.”

That was part of my chat with Michelle Gardiner on this week’s Courageous Me podcast, and it was so insightful.

Because perhaps we don’t need to find courage just for ourselves.

Perhaps we owe it to the people who are waiting for us to show them what’s possible.

🎙️ Listen to the full conversation with Michelle as we explore faith, trust, intuition and what happens when you follow what you can’t explain. Ep 165 on Apple and Spotify.

It’s beautiful. Enjoy! 💝 The Aspire Series
