With a strong 5-year relationship, DBWF has worked closely with the team at Techforce Personnel Pty Ltd to design and develop a custom workflow and software solution that helps to streamline and manage their ever-growing recruitment portfolio for the mining, construction, oil & gas and manufacturing sectors.

Techforce was no stranger to the Filemaker platform, having used it since v5. Initially, we were contracted to assist with their EOFY reports and tax obligations, however quickly noticed many deficiencies in both their current system and their outdated workflow processes.

Today, Techforce has a completely custom, robust, and scalable Filemaker v19 solution that automates many of their repetitive and tedious administration tasks such as payslips & invoicing - saving countless labour hours.

As Techforce has grown, changed management, migrated hardware, and relocated most of their operations interstate, we have adapted their solution to suit today’s fast paced technological landscape.
