I think it’s time we reintroduce ourselves for those who have just started following along.
Hey, our names are Kyal and Brittany. 👋
We’re a local registered and insured handyman/lawn maintenance service. You can think of us as “hire a family” service. 🫶🏼
We offer lawn maintenance, gardening, flat packs, waste removal, market place pick ups, soft washing/pressure washing, handy man tasks, diy custom builds. We’re known for rescuing your dogs running around the streets, catching those chickens that have gone wandering, fixing fences to contain horses and cattle in their own yards, mustering those cows that have shown up at your back door and everything in between. What don’t we do? Major plumbing and electrical! ❌
We are a small family run business with a focus of helping the community. No client is just a pay check, we treat everyone like our family. We focus less on being punctual, because we know a conversation can save a life, and focus on the quality of work being provided as well as the connections we make along the way. We offer discounts for almost anybody who needs it, because everyone can have a rough week.
Let’s get personal - because let’s be so for real, we get to see everyone’s personal belongings, it’s not very fair if we don’t share stuff about us. 🤭
My wife and I have been together 10 years, almost 11. We are high school sweet hearts, the kind that found each other hiding in the back of the school yard wagging class. 😉 We have built this life together one brick at a time, slowly and on our own. We have three beautiful children who you may even occasionally see on the job. We are an aunty and uncle outside of parents, and spend every moment we can with our family. I started my career as a small outdoor power equipment mechanic and my wife was a vet nurse. We moved to cessnock about 3 years ago after a huge loss in our family and needing a fresh start. We have no political views but we do believe - A smile can change someone’s day, a conversation can save a life and a hug can heal a broken heart. Kindness is key, and if we all loved a little more, the world would be a much better place. Give as much as you can, and take whenever you need.
