Join CheckUP as our Indigenous Eye Health Manager
We are seeking a skilled and passionate leader to coordinate the delivery of outreach optometry and ophthalmology services across Queensland - with over 60% of services supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll:

✅ Build and maintain strong partnerships with health providers and community stakeholders
✅ Map and improve culturally safe eye care pathways
✅ Balance detailed program coordination with strategic system improvements
✅ Lead and facilitate community conversations that shape better outcomes
The role is busy and rewarding - ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills, stakeholder engagement strengths, and a commitment to Closing the Gap in eye health outcomes.

📍 Brisbane preferred (remote work from Cairns, Townsville, or Toowoomba considered)

💼 Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (depending on experience)

This is an Identified role - open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only.
