Some of the things we have heard from our customers…
- being told a solar inverter is “battery ready”… and it isn’t
- systems being designed without even checking any energy usage 🤯
- the wrong phase of inverter being installed to keep costs down (three phase will be more expensive than single phase)
- no on-site inspection (there are multiple mandatory requirements, measurements to take, switchboard checks and cabling calculations to do. Don’t risk a person over the phone knowing everything that is needed for your expensive system to be installed - a qualified person should come to your house)
- not installing a system that is designed for the customer’s needs (cookie-cutter systems are not for you)

This is exactly why battery selection matters, they are not all the same!

The cheapest battery is not always the BEST VALUE battery.

A home battery is a major investment that you expect to operate reliably for many years. The purchase price is only one part of the equation. Product support, manufacturer history, warranty backing, Australian support, compliance, software, spare parts and the company standing behind the product all matter.

By midday, the battery is already sitting at 100%, the solar is covering the home’s energy use, the EV is charging directly from the sun, and there’s still excess solar being sent back to the grid.
