It is really good! Great body and texture; tons of sweetness (which I wasn’t expecting), but it’s bright as well, its not quite green apple or citrus; but a fruit character I can’t quite nail down yet… its not tropical like a natural coffee, so I assume its a washed coffee… it hasn’t got the funky fermented characters of a naturally processed coffee - as it cools down it brings out strawberry flavours (at least that’s what Im getting!)
Absolutely delicious anyway
