This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who wants their work to matter.

Southern Stay supports more than 700 participants with a workforce of around 300 staff across multiple regional sites. As HR Manager, you’ll lead the People & Culture function and play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, workforce planning, learning and development, and organisational culture.

You won’t just manage HR processes - you’ll shape how leaders lead.
The role offers a mix of strategic influence and hands-on leadership, with responsibility for:
· Driving learning and development initiatives that build capability across the organisation
· Partnering with managers to strengthen performance, engagement and culture
· Leading talent management and workforce planning strategies
· Ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Award, Fair Work legislation and regulatory requirements
· Supporting a values-led, inclusive and high-performing workplace
