‼️🚨Support Worker Wanted – Southern Downs Region 🚨‼️

Wyndra Park is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated independent Support Worker.

Position Details:
3-hour shifts (6:00am–9:00am)
3 weekdays per week
$45/hour + travel
Southern Downs Region - Freestone and Warwick

About the Role:
You will be supporting participants with daily living activities, helping them start their day confidently and independently. Duties may include:
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Community access support- transport to school
• Encouraging independence and achieving participant goals

Essential Requirements:
✔ ABN
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
✔ Current Blue Card
✔ Current Police Check
✔ Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Professional, compassionate, and person-centred approach

Desirable:
- experience with children
- Previous disability support experience

This role would suit someone who values building genuine relationships and providing high-quality, individualised support.

Some of them are still with us and others have grown their wings but wouldn’t be here without them, and each one has individually left their mark ❤️

🐴 Meet the Ponies - Featuring Banjo! 🌿

This week we’re introducing one of the youngsters of the Wyndra Park crew - Banjo, our up-and-coming c**t “Wyndra Park Banjo Springs.”

Banjo is registered NMR and already showing some very exciting promise for the future. With his good looks and natural presence, he’s definitely one to watch as he continues to grow and develop.

Even better than that, Banjo has a beautiful, kind nature and is an incredibly polite young boy, making him a pleasure to have around.

We’re looking forward to watching Banjo’s journey unfold as he matures - we have a feeling he’ll make us very proud in the years to come 🌟
