It’s a fish pie kinda weekend everyone!!
Brad’s signature fish pie will be going off this weekend!!
Beautiful, generous pieces of Tassie salmon and saltwater barramundi in a creamy sauce, and topped with delicious mash potato😋😋

Brad’s also making more of his absolutely delicious miso soup, all made from scratch with bone broth and lemon grass!

Check out our orders-line for other seafood treats such as fresh barramundi, salmon fillets and sashimi salmon and we’ll be getting more of that beautiful ocean trout too!

Get your orders in by tomorrow night at 10pm to guarantee your order, or you can try your luck and pop in on Saturday after 11am to pick up your pie, fresh seafood, or even some snap frozen goodies from our freezer!
Pick up is Saturday from 11am-2pm at our cafe, 19 Chetwynd road, Erina.

Evening all🤗🤗
Don’t know about you guys, but we’re finding it’s still chilly🥶 so, with that in mind we thought we’d create some delicious, warm, comforting, home made soups!
Brad will be creating his amazing laksa this weekend. If you’re a laksa fan, then this absolutely needs to be added to your order. Brad makes everything from scratch, and the flavours are out of this world! Choose either chicken or prawns to put through your laksa (see photo😋🤤)

Brad will also be brewing his signature miso soup. This is no ordinary miso soup. Like all Brad’s soups, he makes everything from scratch starting with making the base of a chicken bone broth, infusing it with ginger, lemon grass and kaffir like leaves. It’s soooooooo delicious with the added bonus of being soooooo good for you.
We’re offering a free tasting to anyone who’d like to try it.

And lastly Brad’s making a beautiful roast potato and coconut soup. It’s full of flavour, and delicious with a piece of toasted sourdough dipped in😋😋 It’s vegetarian.
All soups are gluten free..

As well as yummy soups to warm the belly, don’t forget to check out our freezer and frozen items in the cafe. Open Mon-Saturday.

Hi lovely people🤗

Guess what…..many have been asking, so here it is, its paella time💃🏻🥘
We will have our regular fresh seafood paella, as well as our gluten free paella which has chicken and pork belly in it (seafood free).

We’ve lined up loads of fresh fish we’ll be picking up from the markets. We’ll have salmon portions and sashimi grade salmon, barramundi, kingfish portions and sashimi grade kingfish, bream fillets, flathead fillets, and ocean trout.

We’ll have fresh Gold Coast Tiger prawns and we’ll throw in our housemade cocktail sauce to go with them.

We’ll also have Sydney Rock Oysters and lobster mornay.

Pick up is Saturday between 11am-2pm at 19 Chetwynd Road, Erina at our cafe in the Impact Centre.

Don’t forget, if you miss out on Saturdays, you can always pop in during the week and grab stuff that’s snap frozen from our freezer.

Order cut off time is on Friday at 10pm to guarantee your order, but never fear if you miss out, Brad usually makes extras.

After a well earned break last weekend, Brad’s back to offer some of your delicious faves this weekend🙌🏻🙌🏻!!

Get your bellies satisfyingly warmed up this Saturday with the much requested seafood chowder🐟🦐🐠🍲!!

Quite a few missed out on his Thai green chicken curry, so he’s whacking on a batch of that too😋😋!! It is to die for!! Trust me when I say, it will be one of the best you’ve tasted! It’s not spicy or too hot, but if you enjoy a good hot kick, you might want to add your own heat🌶️

As usual we’ll have plenty of fresh seafood straight from the markets too, fresh fish, cooked tiger prawns, oysters and he’s ordered some steak from our meat man as well.

Get your orders in this weekend for loads of seafood options!
Brad’s getting busy and cooking up some of his fish pies!! Loaded up with salmon and barramundi and topped with creamy mashed potato😋😋 This pie is gluten free!

He’s also by request making some batches of fresh salmon fish cakes! There will be a gluten free option of these too. Just let us know in the comments on our orders line.

We’ll also have more fresh fish options, straight from the markets and filleted fresh by Brad. Check out the orders line to select what you’d like.

Don’t miss out on our South Coast oysters too. Freshly shucked natural, kilpatric or mornay.

While you’re in the cafe, don’t forget to check out our fridge and freezer which has fresh frozen paella from last weekend if you missed out, and some beautiful Italian pastas and raviolis.

There is LOADS on offer this weekend to satisfy both seafood, and non-seafood lovers alike!

It’s a paella kind of weekend💃🏻💃🏻🥘🥘!!
Brad’s cooking up his regular paella as well as a seafood/gluten free option (see the orders line)

He’s also making batches of his DELCIOUS Thai green chicken curry. It will be a mild curry, so if you like it hot, you’ll need to chuck in some extra spice and chilies.

While we have lots of fish portions of varying types in the freezer as well as frozen meals (available ANY DAY OF THE WEEK at the cafe) you also need to check out what’s available on our online ordering.
We’ll have sashimi salmon, freshly shucked oysters, as well as mornay and kilpatric, lobster mornay, cooked prawns, and a special fish this week is Orange Roughy.

Orders line is open now, and you’ll have until Friday 10 pm until orders are cut off.
Pick up is at our cafe, on SATURDAY at 19 Chetwynd road, Erina, at the Impact Centre, between 11am-2pm.

Morning all🤗

We have an over supply of seafood this weekend!! Every weekend we snap freeze all of extra fresh fish and vacuum seal to lock in that freshness. So this weekend we’d love to invite you to our cafe to check out our fridge and freezers for your treats.
There will be LOADS on offer.

We’ll have snap frozen fish portions of
-Snapper
-King Fish
-Flat Head
-Tuna
-Salmon
-Barramundi

We also have lots of Brad’s arancini balls in various flavours and Brad’s fish cakes too! All in gluten free options😋😋

We have extended our freezer range to include some absolutely delicious Italian pastas called Pastabilities. Some of our West Gosford Molly’s customers may remember this company. They are the best! They’ve won several gold medal awards at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. The packs are a generous serving and could feed up to 3 people. They have to be tried to be believed for their quality. We also have vegan and gluten free options in those.
The fridge has some delicious cold cut meats, cheeses, olives and some fresh pastas and sauces from the same company.
We have more than what’s in the freezer, so just ask.

You can still order fresh prawns and oysters online this weekend too. Just check out the link.
