Morning all🤗

We have an over supply of seafood this weekend!! Every weekend we snap freeze all of extra fresh fish and vacuum seal to lock in that freshness. So this weekend we’d love to invite you to our cafe to check out our fridge and freezers for your treats.
There will be LOADS on offer.

We’ll have snap frozen fish portions of
-Snapper
-King Fish
-Flat Head
-Tuna
-Salmon
-Barramundi

We also have lots of Brad’s arancini balls in various flavours and Brad’s fish cakes too! All in gluten free options😋😋

We have extended our freezer range to include some absolutely delicious Italian pastas called Pastabilities. Some of our West Gosford Molly’s customers may remember this company. They are the best! They’ve won several gold medal awards at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. The packs are a generous serving and could feed up to 3 people. They have to be tried to be believed for their quality. We also have vegan and gluten free options in those.
The fridge has some delicious cold cut meats, cheeses, olives and some fresh pastas and sauces from the same company.
We have more than what’s in the freezer, so just ask.

Hmmmmm Winter comfort food I hear you say? Well, Molly’s has just the thing! It’s an arancini ball weekend🙌🏻!!
Brad is mixing it up and doing some of his other favourite flavours instead of the usual. He’ll be cooking 3 different types to choose from, that come in a pack of two large sized arancini.
There’s
-garlic prawn, lemon and parsley in a white sesame and panko crumb
-hot smoked salmon, dill, and cream cheese in a panko crumb
-Roast pumpkin, feta, and thyme in herbed panko crumb.
They will all be available in a gluten free crumb upon request. Just pop it in the comments section on the orders line.

Also, after the popularity of tuna the other weekend, we’ll be getting some in again on Saturday. This week we’ll have both sashimi Yellowfin tuna from the Shoalhaven on the South Coast. We will be doing the same as last time, and not including it on our online ordering, and just having it available in the fridge at our cafe, so pop in to grab what you’d like. We’ll just sell until we run out. Choose from sashimi or tuna steaks.

We’ll also have fresh flathead fillets from the Sapphire coast of NSW, as well as beautiful Pambula rock oysters.

There’s always other seafood treats on our orders line, so check it out to see what else you’d like.

Get your orders in before the cut off tomorrow night (Friday) at 10pm.

Pick up is Saturday from 11am-2pm at our cafe, Cafe Molly’s 19 Chetwynd road, Erina. Grab a meal or a coffee while you’re there if you like😊

Hey all🤗
You asked for it, and it’s here this weekend. It’s a seafood chowder kind of weekend!!
Now, we’ve been told that Brad’s is the best there is! Why not try some for yourself? Perfect weather to enjoy it in all its glory🤤🤤

We’re also featuring beautiful king fish this weekend. Both sashimi grade king fish and king fish portions for your BBQ or pan fried.

We’ll have some AMAZING Goldband snapper portions as well as some delicious Brisbane Water, freshly shucked by us, on the day😋😋!!

We are also slowly stocking our freezer at the cafe, so you’re welcome to pop in during the week, grab a coffee or lunch and grab some seafood treats from the freezer.

Pick up is SATURDAY at our cafe at 19 Chetwynd road, Erina (Impact Centre) between 11am-2pm

Order cut off time will be Friday night at 10pm.

Just to recap, Brad is doing his famous fish pies, salmon katsu, and lots of other seafood delights!
We will also have the special treat of some beautiful sashimi grade tuna, both in fillets and sashimi (see pic! Just check that out😱!! ) but please note, the tuna is for sale in our cafe only tomorrow, not online.

Hiya lovely people🤗
It’s that time of the week again! Time for a seafood feast!!

This Saturday Brad is doing his signature, DELICIOUS fish pies, with yummy pieces of fresh salmon and cod and topped with creamy mash😋

Brad will also be doing up his super yummy katsu salmon. Beautiful sashimi grade salmon pieces wrapped in a crispy panko crumb with wasabi mayo (see pic)

We will also have all the regular seafood for sale online, so check it out, as well as a special surprise……..we will have sashimi grade Bluefin tuna from the South Coast! Can be both pan fried/grilled or sashimi. Please note though, we won’t be putting that for sale online, just because we’d like to “test the waters” and see what the demand is like. We’re only buying a loin.
As I’m sure you all know, good quality sashimi tuna is not cheap! So Brad will prep the tuna on Saturday morning and you can be “in store” at our cafe, until we sell out.

Well hellloooooo everyone🤗
Right, we’re back this week with loads of seafood goodies🙌🏻🙌🏻 We are currently a tad understaffed though, so we’ll only be able to have one pick up day option this week, and that will be SATURDAY PICK UP ONLY.

We’re feeling this current weather deserves a Spanish vibe, so guess what…….its paella time this weekend🥘
We will have the traditional paella only this weekend (due to staff shortage) The traditional paella has chorizo, chicken and seafood in it.

We will have all our regular fish portion options, including a special on flat head

We nabbed a great deal from our supplier friends on the Hawkesbury River, and we have loads of fresh oysters, which we’ll shuck fresh on Saturday and we’ll also do up some kilpatric and mornay.

So hurry to get your orders in by Friday morning at 9am.

Missed out on your seafood goodies? Never fear, Brad bought extras and has also made extra batches of his laksa. Choose chicken or prawn and add your own chilli, as it’s very mild. Heat and eat, that’s it!!
Also more batches of salmon or barramundi fish cakes😋😋
