🎣 One year of good behaviour (and one very popular fishing rod).

Twelve months ago, we got behind Karratha Senior High School's Positive Behaviour Support program, a simple idea with a big impact: recognising students for showing responsibility, respect and inclusivity.

🆕Australia's largest industrial salt operation is now growing salt.

The Mardie Salt Operation has moved from construction into operations, with first salt growth marking the start of a new chapter for BCI Minerals and for the Pilbara. Mardie remains on schedule and on budget, and behind that result is a high-performing and values-driven team.

Meet our Peer Support Team. 👋

Yesterday we got together for R U OK? Day.

Today, we launch our Peer Support program.

Earlier this year we asked for volunteers to become BCI's first Peer Supporters. Ten people put their hand up, and they've now completed their training with TELUS Health.

They're spread across our Mardie Salt Operation and Potash Project and our West Perth office. They're not counsellors. They're colleagues who know the rosters, the pressures and what a hard day looks like, and who've trained up to be there when someone needs a chat.

🙏To our ten Peer Supporters, thank you. It says a lot about a workplace when people step forward to look out for each other.

It's two of our values, Be Part of Something and Win as One Team, in practice.

👨‍🎓For a lot of regional students, getting qualified has meant packing up and moving south. It shouldn't have to.

That's why we're proud to again sponsor a scholarship through the Pilbara Kimberley University Centres, whose study hubs let students earn a qualification without leaving home, family or work behind.

📎Applications for the 2026 Semester 2 round are open now, including the BCI Minerals Allied Health and Nursing Scholarship for Pilbara students.

Alongside sponsors including the Town of Port Hedland, Shire of Ashburton, Yurra Pty Ltd, Yaandina Community Services and EMBRACE HEALTHCARE LTD Solutions, there are 40 scholarships available across the Pilbara and Kimberley this round.
