Meet Liv ❤️

We are super excited for everyone to meet this lovely lady 🥰

Movement has always been a big part of Liv’s life. With a background in dance spanning over 15 years, she was drawn to the way Pilates blends strength, flow and mindfulness. After taking her first class in 2022, Liv instantly knew it was something she wanted as a permanent part of her life.

She loves all styles of Pilates - from flow to strong, powerful sequences - and appreciates how each class offers 50 minutes to switch off, reconnect and take time just for you.

Liv completed her Pilates instructor training through Barre Body and is excited to continue expanding her knowledge with them, exploring all styles and approaches to deepen her practice and teaching.

Above all, Liv is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients of all backgrounds feel safe, confident and empowered in their movement journey.
