Jacinda Ardern, former Prime Minister of New Zealand, has just launched her memoir and it taps straight into the heart of my research.

This kind of leadership isn’t loud. It’s not ego-driven. It’s grounded in humility, empathy, and perspective and it’s exactly what the world needs more of.

Working with senior leaders, I’m exploring if and how humility can be cultivated, and the insights from both research and decades of professional experience are extraordinary.

Humility isn’t about being passive, weak or meek. It's strength in service.

To help prevent burnout, commit to the basics: drink plenty of water, eat a diet rich in whole foods, manage alcohol consumption, and take that walk 😊. At HumblePye we are very fortunate to live in a stunning coastal environment. I never take for granted how very theurapeutic & grounding the ocean is.
