🌟 Celebrating 10 Wonderful Years with Fiona! 🌟
On Saturday, we were incredibly proud to celebrate a very special milestone—Fiona's 10-year work anniversary with the CNW Geraldton team.
Over the past decade, Fiona has been so much more than a valued team member. Her dedication, commitment, and genuine care have helped shape the positive culture we have today. Through busy days, new challenges and countless achievements, she has remained a constant source of support, professionalism and kindness.
When Fiona first joined the team, she took on the roles of Sales, Purchasing and Administration, quickly becoming an integral part of our day-to-day operations. As the business continued to grow, she transitioned her focus to Purchasing and Major Account Sales, where her organisation, attention to detail and commitment to our customers shone through. She then stepped into the role of Purchasing Officer and Inventory Controller, helping to ensure our branch operated efficiently behind the scenes. Most recently, Fiona has embraced yet another challenge by taking on the role of Operations, continuing to demonstrate her versatility, leadership and willingness to grow alongside the business.
Throughout every role she has held, Fiona has consistently gone above and beyond. Her work ethic is second to none and she approaches every task with enthusiasm, integrity and a genuine desire to help others. Whether supporting her teammates, assisting customers or keeping the branch running smoothly, she does it all with professionalism and a smile.
Beyond her dedication to her role, Fiona brings warmth, laughter and positivity to our workplace. She has built lasting relationships with our customers, suppliers and colleagues and her friendly nature is something that so many people have come to know and appreciate over the years.
Ten years is an incredible achievement, and it reflects the loyalty, passion and dedication Fiona has shown every single day. We couldn't imagine the CNW Geraldton team without her and we feel incredibly fortunate to have shared this journey together.

"Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of working alongside so many incredible people—both those who have been part of my journey in the past and those I have the pleasure of working with today. One of the most rewarding parts has been watching our branch grow and develop into the biggest electrical wholesaler in town. Even though we were the last electrical wholesaler to arrive in Geraldton, seeing what we've achieved together has been incredibly rewarding challenging and exciting. The thing that gets me through each day and keeps me energised is that I get to work alongside my best friend, who also happens to be my husband. Sharing this journey together has made the past 10 years even more special. I'm proud to be part of such an amazing team and I'm grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey."
