Jobs exceeding $3,300 in value. Work involving plumbing, electrical systems, gas, termite management, or other regulated trades. It’s essential to stay within these legal boundaries and refer specialized or larger jobs to licensed professionals. For more detailed information, you can consult the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) guidelines.
