Client Spotlight: From Chaos to Clarity 💫
When I first met Grace, she had a great team - all dedicated to her and her business. They all want the business to succeed, but one big challenge was holding them back: disorganization. 🤯
Projects and files were scattered, valuable time was lost searching for what they needed, and everyone was operating in silos. Although the team was eager to support one another, the lack of organization made it increasingly difficult to stay aligned as things got busier and work became harder to track.
