-Preparation of Payment Application, certification, valuation of construction work & monitoring budget
• Experience with civil, piping, structural engineering infrastructure projects
• Prepare and submit to client of monthly measurement/pricing sheets, valuations, implementations, C 3
formats and client’s F formats (F1,F2,F3).
• Measurement and pricing of construction work progress, updating the BOQ as per the IFC/AFC
drawings in order to be submitted to the Client.
• Administration of all the procedures required for new proposed rates approval for the activities not
included in the original BOQ, cost analysis and updating new price register.
• Evaluation of Subcontractors Payment Applications in compliance with the conditions of contract,
specifications, drawings, eligibility and measurement rules.
• Instructs Subcontractors on the Contractor’s Administration Procedure (methods for preparation of
accounting, evaluation of extra works, new price requests, interim and final payment certificates, etc.).
• Reviews in detail and comment/approve the Subcontractor's Interim and Final Work Progress Payment Status (WPS), gets approval signatures from Site Manager (STM) and Subcontracts Administration Manager (SAM) and issue to Subcontractors and to Client the authorizations for invoicing.
• Administrate, issue and approval process of the Final Accounting Certificate and close-out activities.
• Take off quantities, preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• To attend meetings, prepare minutes, distribute and undertake site visits.
• Prepare, submit and agree variation orders, including estimating for variations; working under the
guidance of the line manager, develop new rates for new/additional and extra works/activities.
• Maintain tracking schedules for Variations, Day Works, Payments, Final Measure submissions as
required by line manager
• Assist in investigating contractual issues as may be required by line manager
• Ability to measure constructions works on-site and from drawings and knowledge of standard methods
