Today we're talking about what you can actually BOOK me for.
So… what exactly does Supper with Sam do?

The short answer?

I create food experiences.

Some clients want an intimate dinner without leaving their villa. Others are celebrating a birthday or anniversary. Some visitors want to experience authentic Barbadian flavours, while others simply want one evening where they can sit at the table and enjoy their family instead of spending the night cooking.

That is why my services aren't designed around one standard menu.

Through Supper with Sam, I offer private chef dining, villa dining, intimate celebrations, customised menus and Barbadian culinary experiences created around the people I'm serving.
