Hiring Full-Time Meta & Google Ads Expert
Salary: 10,000 – 20,000 BDT/month
Position Type: Full-time, Fully Remote
We’re looking for an experienced and skilled Meta Ads Expert and Google Ads Specialist to join our team full-time.

What We Need (Meta + Google Ads):
Meta Ads Requirements:
1. In-depth campaign audit to evaluate current performance
2. Data-driven optimization to improve lead quality & conversions
3. Ad creative and copy improvements based on insights
4. Refining targeting and scaling strategies
5. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is a plus
Google Ads Requirements:
1. Strong experience with Search, Display, and YouTube Ads
2. Proven ability to reduce CPC and increase conversions
3. Keyword research, intent-based targeting, and audience segmentation
4. Ability to optimize Quality Score, CTR, and Conversion Rate
5. Experience with Performance Max, remarketing, and custom audiences
6. Solid understanding of tracking setup: GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking
7. Ability to analyze campaign data and scale winning ads
