গতকাল রাতের বিদ্যুৎ চমকানোর পর ইলেক্ট্রিসিটি যে গেল, ওই সময় দই বেইক হচ্ছিল 😩 ভেবেছিলাম এই দই আর হবে না আজ,খুব ক্লোজ বোন অর্ডার করেছিল, অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করে দিতে হতো,কিন্তু আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমত আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, সবকিছু ঠীকঠাক হয়ে যায় 🥰
এতদিন পর পর অর্ডার ওপেন করি তারপরও এত্ত এত্ত অর্ডার আসে আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ❤️
রিপিট কাস্টমার এর সংখ্যা অনেক বেশি অবশ্য! যে একবার এই দই খেয়েছে, সে বারবার নিয়েছে সুবহানাল্লাহ 🙋🏻‍♀️😅

আসসালামু আলাইকুম,
অনেক তো দই এর ফিচার নিয়ে পোস্ট দিয়েছি আজকে কিছু নিজের কিছু কথা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করিঃ
প্রথমত, বিজনেস অনেক কষ্টের একটা কাজ তাও আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়া’লার রহমতে আমি ৪.৫ মাসে এতদূর আসতে পেরেছি। কিন্তু কিছু বিষয় এ খুবই খারাপ লাগে সেগুলা আজকে ছোট করে বলিঃ
১. অনেকেই ইনবক্সে দামাদামি বা বারগেইনিং করার চেষ্টা করে এন্ড দাম এত কেন সেগুলো নিয়ে তর্ক করে এগুলা খুবই এম্ব্যারেসিং! 😫
২. এই পর্যন্ত ৮০+ হাড়ি দই সেল করার পরও ফিডব্যাক পাইসি ৩০-৪০ টা কিছু কাস্টমার দই পাওয়ার পর আর রিপ্লাই ই দেয়না। যদি দই খারাপ ও লাগে আমি জানাতে বলি বাট নো রেস্পন্স আলহামদুলিল্লাহ 😅 এরপর রিভিউ দিতে বললে অনীহা প্রকাশ করে!
3. ডেলিভারি চার্জ নিয়ে আমাকে উচ্চবাচ্য শুনতে হয় যেখানে এটার সাথে আমার কোনো সম্পৃক্ততা নাই, তারা দই এর মত ডেলিকেট খাবার এক ঘন্টার মধ্যেই ডেলিভারি করে দেয় বাসার সামনে আর অনেকে আবার বলে "ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও দিতে হবে?" পিকাপ পয়েন্ট থেকে রিসিভ না করলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে। 😇
তাই তিনটা বিষয় ক্লিয়ার করিঃ
√ মালাই দই এর প্রাইস ফিক্সড আই এম সরি!
√ যেদিন দই রিসিভ করতে চাচ্ছেন তার দুইদিন আগে অবশ্যই অর্ডার প্লেইস করতে হবে।
√ দই খাওয়ার পর একটু ফিডব্যাক দিলে খুবই উপকার হয় এতে আমি নিজেকে শুধরানোর সু্যোগ পাই।
√ দই যদি পিকাপ পয়েন্ট থেকে রিসিভ না করেন, অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।

লাস্টলি,কেউ যদি আমার কোনো আচরণে কষ্ট পেয়ে থাকেন, আই এপোলোজাইস টু অল অফ ইউ!
