We are pleased to share one of our recent design achievements — a 10-story residential building on a 6.75 katha plot located at Gulbag Abashik, Agrabad Access Road, Chattogram.

With 3 units per floor, the project presented a complex geometric architectural challenge. Our team addressed this with a carefully developed functional floor plan and a refined architectural façade, ensuring both usability and aesthetic harmony.

Behind the Design: A Story of Precision & Trust
Project: BETEL LEAF
We’re proud to share the story behind one of our most challenging and rewarding projects — a 14-story residential building on a 13 katha plot for the Maheshkhali Sommittee, located at Shyamal Chaya Abashik, Textile, Chittagong.

This project came to us initially as a design vetting assignment. However, after identifying serious concerns in the original structural and foundation design, as well as the architectural flaws, the client placed their trust in us for a complete structural & architectural redesign.

From that point, we took full responsibility — crafting a solution that complies with the latest BNBC 2020 code and ensures long-term safety and performance. Our design integrates a pile foundation with a mat, tailored specifically to address the site’s geotechnical challenges and the building’s structural demands.
Beyond engineering, we also provided a modern architectural layout and exterior design — reflecting current trends while ensuring functionality and aesthetics.

Projects like this not only test our technical ability but also reaffirm our commitment to excellence in both structural and architectural design in Chittagong.
