Please join me in congratulating Sakib on his 1st anniversary with Field Nation! Sakib joined us a year ago from Optimizely with a strong background in customer success analytics. Sakib's background as well as hard work ethic, humility, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and surpass challenges have been key to a first successful year as a senior level Strategy Analyst.

In his first year, Sakib has participated in and led several initiatives, including these key ones:
Market Intelligence for growth: Sakib developed an AI driven process to identify and spot all current field service spend within 200+ end clients including Retail NRF100, QSR top 50 and Banking/Financial top 50, This is a live and dynamic list that changes as the service spend in the market does. Working with Rezwan, Sakib connected this data with Field Nation customers to arrive at how much ofg such spend is going through our platform and how much we should still go after. Sakib is partnering with Ben Friend from our Customer Success Team as well as with Nel Logo SMBs team to identify key opportunities aligned with active end client spend that we can pursue.

Strategic initiatives scorecarding: Over the last year, Sakib has significantly matured scorecarding for our set of strategic initiatives. He developed the critical ways to measure how our initiatives are evolving. His partnership especially with our LTE and HIS teams have brought significant visibility into how these initiatives are progressing

Happy 1-Year Work Anniversary, Safin!
I honestly can’t believe you have already completed one year with us!
In just one year, Safin has made meaningful contributions across multiple teams and initiatives. He started his journey with the Garnet team (BreakFix Ops), where he contributed significantly to the delivery of Smart Dispatch V2.0

He then moved to the SLATE team (BreakFix Network Development) and took on an entirely new challenge: working on an innovation project, the NetDev Tool, alongside another engineer. Within a short time, the team delivered the MVP, and Safin continues to actively expand its capabilities and features.

Alongside his team responsibilities, Safin is also contributing to the AI Engineering Guild. He has a genuine passion for Agentic AI and is already well known as one of the pro AI users within our organization.
It has been great to see how quickly Safin has taken on new challenges, explored different areas, and made an impact across the eng organization.

And when he is away from coding and experimenting with AI, you will probably find him enjoying a long drive and sightseeing.
