Bida license for industrial

To obtain an Industrial Import Registration Certificate (IRC) recommendation from the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), register on the BIDA One Stop Service (OSS) portal.

🔥🔥Submit the online application, upload documents like BIDA registration, trade license, TIN, and factory documents, pay fees, and obtain the recommendation, which is required for final CCI&E approval.

🔴Key Steps and Requirements:

Registration: Log in to the BIDA OSS portal.
Application: Select "Ad hoc IRC recommendation" for new projects or "Regular IRC" for existing ones.

📢Required Documents (Scanned Copies):
Forwarding letter on company letterhead.

BIDA Registration Certificate.

Incorporation Certificate & Memorandum/Articles of Association.

Valid Trade License (factory address).

TIN Certificate.

Fire License & Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC).

Bank Solvency Certificate.

List of raw materials & machinery.

Payment: Pay the prescribed fees through the OSS online payment gateway.

Processing: After approval by BIDA, a recommendation is issued, which is then used to obtain the final IRC from the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports (CCI&E).

The IRC is typically valid for one year and needs renewal.
