How to order (কিভাবে অর্ডার করবো)

Return Policy (রিটার্ন পলিসি)
Customer needs to check the product and open it in front of the delivery person. If it is broken or has any defecte
d then immediately return it to the delivery person.
কাস্টমার কে ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি চেক করে নিতে হবে। যদি পন্যটি ভাঙ্গা বা ত্রুটি যুক্ত হয় তাহলে তৎক্ষণাৎ সেটি ফেরত দিতে হবে।
Order cancellation policy (অর্ডার বাতিল পলিসি) –
If you want to cancel the order, you must inform us by inbox within 1 hour of placing the order.
অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে, অর্ডার করার ১ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ইনবক্সে জানাতে হবে।
Delivery charge (ডেলিভারী চার্জ) –
Inside Dhaka city 60 Taka, outside Dhaka shipping charge ranges from 100tk-150tk depending on the delivery partner. For fragile products & product that need extra care in packaging, (10-40 taka extra delivery charge will be added)*
ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ৬০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে চার্জ প্রোডাক্টের ধরন ও ডেলিভারী পার্টনারের ওপর নির্ভর করে (১০০-৫০০) টাকার মধ্যে। ভঙ্গুর বা যে সমস্ত পন্যে অতিরিক্ত যত্নের সাথে প্যাক করতে হয় (১০-৫০ টাকার মত অতিরিক্ত চার্জ এড হতে পারে)
Payment and advance payment Policy (পেমেন্ট এবং অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট পলিসি -
1) Cash on delivery is applicable inside Dhaka, Bkash payment also available if preferred by the customer. ঢাকার মধ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারী, কাস্টমারের সাচ্চন্দ্য অনুযায়ী বিকাশ পেমেন্ট ও সম্ভব ।
2) For outside Dhaka deliveries, minimum 50% of the total amount of the order is to be paid by Bkash as advance. If the customer wants to pay the full amount in bkash, that is also available.
ঢাকার বাইরে মোট মূল্যের ৫০ % অগিম বিকাশে পরিশোধ করতে হবে, বাকী টাকা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারী। কাস্টমার চাইলে পন্যের মূল্য সম্পূর্ন টাই অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে পারেন।
3) For customized orders, 70% of the total amount is to be paid as bkash advance after confirming and showing a virtual demo of the design. Bkash is also available for paying the rest of the amount. If the customer wants to pay the full amount in bkash or cash, that is also available.
কাস্টমাইজ অর্ডার এর ক্ষেত্রে পন্যের ভিজ্যুয়াল বা ডেমো দেখিয়ে এরপর পন্যের
৭০% অগিম মূল্য বিকাশে পরিশোধ করতে হবে, বাকী টাকা ক্যাশ ইন ডেলিভারি, কাস্টমার চাইলে সম্পূর্ন টাকা ও অগ্রিম বিকাশ বা ক্যাশে পরিশোধ করতে পারে।
4) For gifts, full advance bkash payment is required. গিফটের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ন টাকা অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
5) Bkash charge will be applicable for all order above the amount of 300tk. বিকাশ চার্জ মোট ৩০০ টাকা বা তার বেশী এমাউন্টের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Estimated Delivery Time –
For in stock products, 3-7 days for inside Dhaka orders, and 5-10days for outside Dhaka.
স্টক প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকার মধ্যে ৩-৭ দিন, এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৫-১০ দিন।
Warranty –
Guarantee or warranty is not available. পন্যের কোন গ্যারান্টি বা ওয়েরেন্টি নেই।
Privacy Policy:
Swapnerhat will not use any data shared by the customer without permission.
