হাইড্র্যান্ট সিস্টেম কীভাবে ইনস্পেকশন, অপারেট ও টেস্ট করবেন"

হাইড্র্যান্ট আছে, কিন্তু চলবে তো ঠিক সময়ে?

একটা অগ্নিকাণ্ডের সময় আপনার ফায়ার হাইড্র্যান্ট যদি কাজ না করে—তাহলে ক্ষতি পুষিয়ে নেওয়ার আর সময় থাকবে না।

আর এটাও বাস্তবতা, বাংলাদেশে শতকরা ৬০% বাণিজ্যিক ভবনের হাইড্র্যান্ট ঠিকভাবে টেস্ট করা হয় না।
সিস্টেম আছে, কিন্তু কীভাবে কাজ করে জানেন?

অনেকেই জানেন না—হাইড্র্যান্ট থাকলেই নিরাপদ নয়।
এর নিয়মিত ইনস্পেকশন, অপারেশন ও টেস্টিং না করলে
পুরো সিস্টেম অকেজো হয়ে যেতে পারে।

চলুন তাহলে সহজ ভাষায় জেনে নেই—

কীভাবে হাইড্র্যান্ট সিস্টেম ইনস্পেক্ট করবেন?
১. ভিজ্যুয়াল চেক করুন—ভালোভাবে দেখুন কোনো ফুটো, মরিচা বা ব্লকেজ আছে কি না।
২. গেজ ও ভালভ চেক করুন—চাপ ঠিক আছে কি না দেখুন।
৩. মেইন পাইপলাইন ও কানেকশন ঠিক আছে কি না যাচাই করুন।
টিপস: মাসে অন্তত একবার ইনস্পেকশন করুন।

কীভাবে হাইড্র্যান্ট অপারেট করবেন?
১. হাইড্র্যান্ট ভালভ ঘুরিয়ে ধীরে ধীরে পানি ছাড়ুন।
২. হোস পাইপ কানেক্ট করে নির্ধারিত নোজল দিয়ে পানির ফ্লো চেক করুন।
৩. নিশ্চিত হন—পানি ঠিকমতো যাচ্ছে, কোথাও লিক হচ্ছে না।
টিপস: প্রতিটি স্টাফকে ট্রেনিং দিন কিভাবে চালু করতে হয়।

আপনার হাইড্র্যান্ট ঠিক থাকলে অগ্নিকাণ্ডেও রক্ষা পেতে পারেন পুরো কারখানা বা বিল্ডিং।
নিয়মিত ইনস্পেকশন, অপারেশন আর টেস্টিং না করলে
পুরো সিস্টেমই অকেজো হয়ে যায়—যার মূল্য হতে পারে কোটি টাকার ক্ষতি।
অগ্নিকাণ্ডের সময় সিস্টেম কাজ না করলে—সময় থাকবে না কিছু করার,
থাকবে শুধু আফসোস আর ক্ষয়ক্ষতি!
হাইড্র্যান্ট সিস্টেম বসানোই শেষ নয়।
তাকে নিয়মিত টেস্ট না করলে, সে আপনার জীবন বাঁচাতে পারবে না।
