The association is established to promote and protect the interest of all hair and hair goods manufacturers and exporters, in particular, those who are engaged in hair processing, hair goods manufacturing, bulk hair exporting and hair goods exporting and, in general, hair goods industries and allied industries in the sector all over Bangladesh.
