Accounts Executive
Male/female
Requirement:
CA (cc)
1â3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance functions.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks etc ).
Ability to prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
Knowledge of taxation, VAT and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of budgeting and cash flow management.
Preferred Skills
Experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Support audits and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Salary: BDT 35,000-40,000
