Technology আছে, কিন্তু systems connected না।
Marketing হচ্ছে, কিন্তু measurable growth নেই।

আজকে আবার Rh dental care & implant center এ। তবে আজ patient হিসেবে আসার পাশাপাশি Zitra -এর কিছু কাজও চলছে। 😄🦷💻

আমি নিজেই RH Dental Care-এর regular patient। সেই সুবাদে আসা-যাওয়া, পরিচয়, কথা—এভাবেই ধীরে ধীরে একটা ভালো relationship তৈরি হয়েছে। পরে সেই relationship থেকেই তাদের জন্য ZITRA-এর পক্ষ থেকে technology, website এবং digital marketing নিয়ে কাজ করা শুরু করি।

আমার কাছে business-এর এই দিকটা বেশ ভালো লাগে। সব client যে proposal পাঠিয়ে বা formal meeting করে আসে, এমন না। অনেক সময় আপনি কারও service নিলেন, মানুষগুলোর সাথে পরিচয় হলো, একে অপরের কাজ জানলেন, trust তৈরি হলো—সেখান থেকেই নতুন কিছু শুরু হয়ে যায়।

আজকেও তাই dental clinic-এই laptop খুলে বসে live কাজ করছি। 😄

আর যেহেতু আমি নিজেই এখানকার patient, তাই RH Dental Care নিয়ে শুধু marketing-এর জন্য ভালো কথা বলছি—বিষয়টা এমনও না। নিজের experience থেকেই তাদের সাথে আমার পরিচয় এবং কাজের শুরু।

মানুষটা যখন তরুণ ছিলেন, তখন সফল হননি।
বয়স বাড়ল। জীবনে ধাক্কা এলো। পরিকল্পনা ভাঙল। অনেক দরজা বন্ধ হলো।

কিন্তু একটা জিনিস তিনি ফেলে দেননি—
নিজের ওপর বিশ্বাস আর নিজের কাজটা।

Colonel Sanders-এর গল্পটা আমার কাছে শুধু KFC-এর গল্প না। এটা মনে করিয়ে দেয়—জীবনের timeline সবার এক না।

আমরা অদ্ভুত একটা সমাজে বাস করি।
২৫-এ প্রতিষ্ঠিত না হলে চিন্তা।

৩০-এ career settled না হলে চিন্তা।
৩৫-এ নতুন কিছু শুরু করলে—
“এই বয়সে আবার?”

অথচ জীবন কোনো corporate KPI না যে নির্দিষ্ট quarter-এর মধ্যে সব target achieve করতেই হবে।

কারও breakthrough আসে খুব তাড়াতাড়ি।
কারওটা আসতে সময় লাগে।

হয়তো আজ যে দরজাটায় দাঁড়িয়ে আছেন, সেটাও বন্ধ হবে।

হয়তো আপনার idea-টা কেউ বুঝবে না।
হয়তো আরও একবার শুরু থেকে শুরু করতে হবে।

তাতে কী?

একটা দরজা বন্ধ হওয়া মানে রাস্তা শেষ হয়ে যাওয়া নয়।

বয়স বাড়ে। পরিস্থিতি বদলায়। মানুষ বদলায়।
স্বপ্ন দেখার অধিকারটা বদলায় না।

Savar was the beginning. Could Bikrampur be next?

Yesterday’s Skill Development Program was more than just an event. It created conversations, sparked interest, and opened the door to another possibility.

A friend reached out after seeing the program and expressed interest in arranging a similar session at a rural high school in Bikrampur.

That is exactly the kind of impact we hope to create — taking skill development, career awareness, leadership, communication, and practical learning beyond the city and closer to more students.

Different place. Same purpose. Bigger impact.

কিছু যন্ত্রের সঙ্গে শুধু প্রযুক্তি নয়, বিশ্বাসও জড়িয়ে থাকে।

এই ম্যাকবুকটির গল্পও তেমন।

সাকিবের একটি প্রকল্প নিয়ে কাজ করছি। সেই কাজের প্রয়োজনেই সে পুরো ব্যবস্থাটি করে দিয়েছে। তাই নতুন একটি কম্পিউটার হাতে পাওয়ার আনন্দের চেয়ে আমার কাছে এর সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে থাকা দায়িত্বটাই বড়।

একজন মানুষ যখন তাঁর একটি ভাবনা বা প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নের দায়িত্ব আপনার হাতে তুলে দেন, তখন তিনি আসলে শুধু একটি কাজ দেন না—একধরনের বিশ্বাসও রাখেন।

জিট্রার পথচলায় এমন ছোট ছোট ঘটনাই আমার কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

জিট্রা নিয়ে শুরু থেকেই ভাবনাটা ছিল—শুধু সফটওয়্যার তৈরি নয়। একটি ব্যবসার সমস্যা বোঝা, প্রযুক্তি ও কার্যপ্রক্রিয়ার সমন্বয়ে তার কার্যকর সমাধান খোঁজা এবং সেই সমাধান দিয়ে বাস্তব মূল্য তৈরি করা।

সাকিবকে ধন্যবাদ—ম্যাকবুকটির জন্য তো বটেই, তার চেয়েও বেশি আমাদের ওপর আস্থা রাখার জন্য।
