𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The National Sales Manager (NSM) will be responsible for leading nationwide sales operations, developing strategic sales plans and ensuring revenue growth across all regions. The role requires strong leadership, market insight and the ability to manage large sales teams and distribution networks.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Lead, manage, and mentor regional and area sales teams
• Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement across all territories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
• Identify new market opportunities and expand business footprint
• Ensure effective distribution management and channel development
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments for campaign ex*****on
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and sales processes

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• 15–17 years of total experience in Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role (NSM)

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• MBA will be considered an advantage

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven leadership and team management skills
