Entrepreneurs Society of NotreDamians is a community that works to improve students' entrepreneurial skills and mindsets. With the slogan “Innovation with Excellence,” a community that creates a learning platform for students to boost their soft skills in preparing for their upcoming careers and shows how to make a good career, lead a business, and have the essential skills for the future. The Entrepreneurs Society of NotreDamians founded on July 28, 2021 by some NotreDamians and started activities on May 28, 2022, intending to inspire new entrepreneurs and develop skills among youths. ESND pronounces as “Yes and D,” which defines the MOTTO: “say yes to your dreams, Do good for the change.”
VISION: Establishing a common cooperative platform as well as a strong, influential entrepreneurial community and network. MISSION: Guiding youth to develop their career pathways, building entrepreneurial skills, and promoting and inspiring young entrepreneurs
FUNCTIONS:
-Helping new NotreDamian entrepreneurs.
-Building up entrepreneurial mindsets and spirits among youths.
-Sharing professional advice and guidance about career life by experts.
-Sharing entrepreneurial skills among NotreDamians.
-Arranging events, sessions, seminars, bootcamps, and workshops for youths to unleash their latent potential and make them skilled in different sectors.
-Building strong networks and close ties between companies and campuses.
নটরডেমিয়ানদের মধ্যে প্রফেশনাল নেটওয়ার্কিং বৃদ্ধি করাই এই কমিউনিটির প্রধান লক্ষ্য। এটি ক্যারিয়ার ডেভেলপমেন্ট ও উদ্যোক্তা বিষয়ক বিভিন্ন সেশন-সেমিনার-ওয়ার্কশপ-বুটক্যাম্প আয়োজনের পাশাপাশি দেশে বিদেশে অবস্থানরত, সরকারি-বেসরকারি, কর্পোরেট-নন কর্পোরেট, শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থী নটরডেমিয়ানদের মতামত বিনিময়, কর্মক্ষেত্রের অভিজ্ঞতা বর্ণন, বিভিন্ন সেক্টরের সুযোগ সুবিধা, বিদেশে উচ্চ-শিক্ষা, বিদেশ বাণিজ্য সহ সকল সাইডের সাহায্য সহযোগিতার কমিউনিটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম। এছাড়াও নটরডেমিয়ান যারা বিভিন্ন বিজনেস বা সেবার সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট রয়েছেন তাঁরা তাদের প্রোমোশনাল বিভিন্ন ইভেন্টও আয়োজন করতে পারবেন।
