DDHoster is looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, handle hosting-related queries, and help businesses grow with our digital solutions.

📝 Job Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email & live chat
✔ Guide customers about hosting, domain, VPS & related services
✔ Manage sales inquiries & convert leads into customers
✔ Maintain CRM entries, follow-ups, and ticket updates
✔ Assist new clients with onboarding & basic setup
✔ Provide after-sales support (non-technical)
✔ Maintain professional communication & support quality
✔ Coordinate with the internal tech team when required
🎯 Requirements:
✔ Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate (any background)
✔ Good communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)
✔ Basic idea about domain, hosting, server, or willingness to learn
✔ Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp & chat support
✔ Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset
✔ Must be punctual, responsible & professional
✔ Freshers are encouraged to apply
💼 Employment Type:
Full-time — Onsite (Mohammadpur, Dhaka)
💰 Salary:
Discussed during interview 12,000-15,000 (Based on skills & experience)
