01. Position: Planning Manager
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and scheduling and developing comprehensive project plans and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience: 10-15 Years of experience in construction industry. Must have experience and involvement in planning of Building/ Architecture Projects like Factory/Office Building/Data Centre/Hotels etc
Other Requirements: Proficient in project management software. Must have working experience with AutoCAD/MS Project/Revit/BIM 360.

02. Position: Contract Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, procurement, and quantity surveying to support the successful ex*****on of construction projects as well as cost analysis to ensure project profitability and compliance with contractual obligations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, and quantity surveying, with a focus on construction projects like Factory/Office Building/Data Centre/Hotels etc
Other Requirements: In-depth knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and procurement practices in the construction industry.
03. Position: QA/QC Manager
Responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications and improve the quality of workmanship, materials, and processes throughout the project lifecycle
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in QA/QC role with a focus on construction projects like Factory/Office Building/Data Centre/Hotels etc.
Other Requirements: In-depth knowledge of QA/QC processes, procedures, and controls

04. Position: HSE Manager
Responsible for overseeing and leading the health, safety, and environmental management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote a culture of safety, and minimize risks to personnel, property, and the environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree in health & safety management or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in HSE role with a focus on construction projects like Factory/Office Building/Data Centre/Hotels etc.
Other Requirements: In-depth knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies, programs
