Position: Visual Designer

Job Type: Full-Time, Work at Office
Location: Malibag, Dhaka
Salary: BDT 30,000–40,000
Experience: Preferably 2–4 years

Job Context

AbroadWays is looking for a creative and technically strong Visual Designer who can transform ideas, campaigns and brand stories into high-quality visual content.

The role will cover the complete creative process—from concept development and static design to motion graphics, short-form videos and final delivery.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual sense, not someone who only works with ready-made templates.

Responsibilities

* Design premium social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners and campaign creatives.
* Develop creative concepts from content briefs and marketing objectives.
* Maintain AbroadWays’ visual identity across digital and print materials.
* Create Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and motion graphics.
* Edit raw video footage with professional transitions, typography, subtitles, sound and pacing.
* Create basic to intermediate animations using After Effects.
* Design layouts, social creatives and digital assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Use Figma for layouts, concepts and collaborative design work.
* Use CapCut and Premiere Pro for fast and professional video production.
* Develop storyboards and visualize campaign ideas before production.
* Work closely with the marketing/content team on brand storytelling and campaign concepts.
* Use modern AI creative tools where appropriate for ideation, image/video assets and workflow acceleration.
* Resize and adapt creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories and other platforms.
* Maintain organized project files and deliver work on schedule.

* Brand Identity / Brand Consistency

Knowledge of AI image/video generation and other modern creative tools will be an advantage.

What We Care About Most

A certificate or degree is less important than your portfolio and actual creative ability.

We want to see that you understand composition, typography, hierarchy, branding and storytelling—not simply how to operate design software.

Portfolio submission is mandatory.

🇬🇧 IELTS নেই? অথবা বারবার IELTS-এ আটকে যাচ্ছেন? UK study plan এখানেই শেষ না।

January 2027 Intake-এর জন্য selected UK universities-এ eligible students-এর ক্ষেত্রে MOI, PTE, Duolingo, LanguageCert বা other accepted English pathways বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।

অর্থাৎ, সবার জন্য একই English test route নয় — আপনার academic background, previous medium of instruction, chosen university এবং course অনুযায়ী option ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
