🌍 Korean High-Level Delegation Visits Dhaka, Opens New Horizon for DRCP Project

A high-level delegation from Korea Resource Circulation Agency (KORA), a specialized organization under the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea, visited Bangladesh from April 1 to April 3 at the invitation of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) and under the arrangement of B&F Company Limited.
This visit marks a significant step forward in strengthening international cooperation in sustainable waste management and circular economy initiatives in Dhaka. ♻️

The delegation was led by Lee Myung Hwan, President of KORA, and included:

🏗️ Site Visit & DRCP Inauguration:
On the first day, the delegation inspected the Matuail Sanitary Landfill, where they were warmly received by engineers from DSCC and B&F Company Limited.
During the visit, the delegation officially inaugurated the site office of the **Dhaka Resource Circulation Park (DRCP)** project.
C.W. Park, Managing Director of B&F Company Limited, presented the overall concept, technical framework, and future implementation plan of the DRCP project.
The delegation also visited:
* Designated project land
* Proposed Landfill Gas (LFG) project area
* Waste unloading zones
* Leachate water treatment plant
🤝 MoU Signing at Nagar Bhaban (April 2):
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between:
* Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC)
* Korea Resource Circulation Agency (KORA)
* B&F Company Limited
The agreement establishes cooperation in:
