Kaizen CRS, in collaboration with Loosely Coupled Technologies, an innovative tech solutions provider, has released a pioneering report on the perception of Smart Bangladesh by Leveraging proprietary social media listening tools. The report delves into the multifaceted perspectives of stakeholders towards the concept of a technologically advanced Bangladesh and the market size for the IT industry in 2041.

There was an insightful conversation on how the local IT industry can seize more than USD 50 billion market opportunity by 2041.

The insightful panel discussion was led by Firoze Muhammad Zahidur Rahman from Loosely Coupled Technology and esteemed guests of the panel were Dr. Ferhat Anwar; Professor IBA, DU, Mr. Manik Mahmud from a2i, Mr. Mostafizur Rahaman Sohel representing BASIS, Mr. Siddhartho Probal from iDEA project, Mr. Tausif Ishtiaque; Partner from BCG, Ms. Farhana A. Kaizen CRS is looking for candidates to hire consultants for the role of Business Consultant. Kaizen CRS is a Bangladesh-based consulting firm that provides consulting and strategy development solutions to corporates as well as development projects.

As a consultant, you will be assisting our senior management and experts in developing consulting/strategic solutions for our clients.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:

• Bachelor's/MBA/Masters in Relevant Field

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Aptitude in creative problem-solving

• Ability to present data in a visually pleasing format

• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the consulting industry

K𝐞𝐲 R𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Meet with assigned clients, if needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation

• Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.)

• Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems

• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s requirements, capabilities, and limitations forming concise reports

• Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice

This Bengali New Year, Kaizen CRS extended assistance to Shomota Inclusive School to provide 60 students with 300 note books so that the students can continue their education effectively.

Kaizen CRS in partnership with has organized a roundtable discussion on "Impact of Climate Change on Women" at The Daily Star Center on 20, December 2022.

At the roundtable there were representatives from development partners, the private sector and US embassy. In the discussion the participants learned about the various activities of each organization and got inspiration of ideas to collaborate for the greater good of Bangladesh.

One of the key takeaways of the session was to explore opportunities to work collaborately to combat the issues of climate change and gender. Kaizen joined hands with Amal Foundation because we believe in the mission and we believe, our work can unlock meaningful insights for the practitioners and guide them with actionable recommendations.

Mitigating climate change and developing a more environmentally sustainable future is one of the key aims of Kaizen CRS. As part of the endeavor, Kaizen CRS has joined Global Waste Cleaning Network – GWCN is an international non-profit network comprised of NGOs, Educational institutions, and private and public sector companies, that are active and interested in environmental issues related to the management and reduction of waste, whether solid, liquid or gaseous.
