Yes...at last Mission Accomplished!!!
Today marked the very last Loan Management System (LMS) training session. We wrapped things up with our wonderful team members from the outskirt regions(Dhaka).
Total 139 branches, 350+ participants, 9 sessions and many more discussions.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this rollout a success. It’s great to see the enthusiasm for learning new tools, no matter the location.
Special thanks to NCC Bank PLC management, ICT Division, Retail Banking CAD and CRM-Retail Division for their relentless support and guidance. 🤝
It’s been a great journey rolling out this training, and we are proud to see the team fully equipped to use the new system. On to the next challenge!
