Working on maintenance of a 2-Layer manual extrusion machine die after a long shutdown.
Today we cleaned the die using thinner and a soft brush to remove burnt polymer and carbon deposits. Proper die cleaning is very important to prevent thickness variation and ensure smooth film production.
Regular maintenance and careful preparation before restarting the machine helps improve product quality and machine performance.
