We have successfully completed our 6th round of drone video data collection for the SASEC–1 Road Project, covering a total of 222.5 km for our client, Roads and Highways Department (RHD).
This continuous aerial monitoring enables us to:
• Track construction progress over time
• Compare current status with previous survey rounds
• Document pavement works, bridges, culverts, and drainage systems
• Support accurate reporting and stakeholder transparency
Drone-based corridor documentation ensures efficient supervision of large-scale road infrastructure with clarity and reliability.

📢 Feasibility Study Initiated | Fulchhari, Gaibandha

Edifice Consultancy has officially commenced a new feasibility study for an upcoming project of SKS Foundation across seven unions of Fulchhari Upazila.

🎯 Study Objective:

This feasibility assessment focuses on:

✔️ Market chain analysis
✔️ Identification of locally cultivated products
✔️ Understanding product marketing and sales channels
✔️ Assessing profitability and economic benefits for farmers
✔️ Identifying constraints within the local value chain

Our goal is to generate evidence-based insights to support sustainable and income-enhancing interventions for the community.

• 2 Focus Group Discussions (FGD) at
– Uriya Union
– Kunchibari Union

• 2 Key Informant Interviews (KII) with:
– 1 UP Member from Uriya Union
– 1 UP Chairman from Kunchibari Union

These consultations provided valuable insights into local production systems, marketing barriers, and institutional perspectives.
