Today was truly a meaningful and inspiring day.
This morning, I had the privilege of facilitating a motivational and leadership session titled “From Shared Vision to Shared Success” and “Going Far Together” prior to the 1st Board Meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors of the Bangladesh–Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMCCI).
The participants included some of Bangladesh’s leading industrialists, Chairmen, Managing Directors, and Board Leaders representing prominent Group of Companies. Although the session was initially planned for 1 hour and 15 minutes, the active engagement, thoughtful reflections, and interactive discussions extended it to nearly two and a half hours.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to conduct numerous sessions on rights, governance, empowerment, advocacy, leadership development, management, team building, and motivational engagement. However, today’s experience was somewhat different because of the profile of the participants, the depth of the discussions, and the significance of the occasion itself.
The discussions around team cohesiveness, shared vision, leadership alignment, and collective success generated deep interest and highly positive responses from the participants, which I found truly encouraging and inspiring. Another rewarding aspect was that the session opened up new avenues for future knowledge-based collaboration and engagement with BMCCI and several corporate groups.
I also felt deeply honoured to receive a commemorative crest from BMCCI at the conclusion of the session — a memorable gesture of appreciation that I sincerely value. My heartfelt thanks to the Bangladesh–Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMCCI) for the invitation, warm hospitality, and kind recognition.
In the second half of the day, I had the opportunity to attend another inspiring event. Following lunch, I delivered a speech at “Juicyfest,” organised by Nari Uddokta Forum (NUF), a platform representing more than 45,000 women entrepreneurs across Bangladesh. The energy, aspirations, and commitment of the women entrepreneurs towards business networking and collective growth were truly impressive and inspiring.
Special thanks and appreciation to Rafia Akter, President of NUF, and the entire NUF family for their kind invitation and hospitality.
Overall, the day was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and inspiring exchanges of ideas. Experiences like these continue to reinforce the importance of collaboration, leadership, and collective progress.
