Applications: Adhesive tapes, food packaging, lamination, and textile packaging.
Examples: PP film grade T38F, specifically developed for BOPP tape production.
CPP Film Grade:
Properties: Flexibility, heat resistance, and good transparency.
Applications: Packaging for various products, lamination, and release films.
Examples: Polypropylene film grade C5608M.
Other PP Film Grades:
Homopolymer: The most common grade, versatile for various applications like packaging, textiles, and healthcare.
Copolymer: Offers a balance of properties, suitable for specific applications.
Specialty Grades: Designed for particular needs, such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, or UV protection.
Key Considerations:
Heat Resistance: PP films generally have high heat resistance, with some grades able to withstand temperatures up to 120°C (248°F).
Chemical Resistance: PP films are chemically resistant to many substances, making them suitable for various packaging applications.
Recyclability: PP films are fully recyclable
