He ensures corporate compliance with ISO standards, International Labour Organization (ILO) guidelines, SA 8000, the Labour Law of 2006, and workplace safety and security regulations. Furthermore, he manages the Workers Welfare Fund (WWF), Provident Fund (PF), and Gratuity Fund (GF), and provides training on ISO, ILO, SA 8000, labour law, labour safety, halal standards, and BSTI regulations.
