MSc, MPhil, PhD in mathematics at CUET admission test syllabus

The syllabus may change slightly as per department's will.

The syllabus for Jan-26 intake was.

1. Differentiatial and integral calculas
2. Ordinary and Partial Differential Equation
3. Vector Analysis

The syllabus for July-25 intake was.

1. Differentiatial and integral calculas
2. Ordinary and Partial Differential Equation
3. vector Analysis

The syllabus for January-25 intake was:

1.Ordinary differential equation
2. vector Analysis
3. Numerical Analysis

The Syllabus for January 24 was:

1. Differentiatial and integral calculas
2. Partial Differential Equation
3. 2D and 3D geometry
4. vector Analysis

So, taking generalized preparation from all the mentioned courses is safe.

স্বপ্ন যখন বুয়েট সিএসই মাস্টার্স (CSE IICT INfo sec)

আসসালামুয়ালাইকুম। আজকে বুয়েট সিএসই এর মাস্টার্সে ভর্তি পরীক্ষা নিয়ে আলোচনা করব। এটি একটি রেগুলার মাস্টার্স। সাধারণত প্রতিবছর এপ্রিলে ১টি সার্কুলার আসে। মাঝে মধ্যে অক্টোবরে আরেকটা সার্কুলার আসে। আবেদন করার যোগ্যতা বিএসসি সিজিপিএ ২.৫। বুয়েটে একটি লিখিত পরীক্ষা এবং লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণদের একটি ভাইভা হয়। ভাইভাতে মূলত সার্টিফিকেট চেক করা হয়, এখানে সাধারণত কেউ বাদ পড়েনা। লিখিত পরীক্ষাটাই আসল। লিখিত পরীক্ষায় ১৫০ নম্বরের প্রশ্ন হয়। ৩০ টি প্রশ্ন থাকে, প্রতিটি ৫ মার্কস করে। আমাদের পেইড রিসোর্স কোর্সে যেই বিষয়গুলো আউটলাইনে দেওয়া আছে, এখান থেকেই প্রশ্ন হয়। সময় বরাদ্দ থাকে ১ঘন্টা, ৩০মিনিট। বুয়েট পরীক্ষায় অন্যতম চ্যালেঞ্জ হচ্ছে সময়ের মধ্যে লেখা শেষ করতে পারা। লিখিত পরীক্ষার পর দ্রুতই রেজাল্ট দিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। সাধারণত ৭০-৮০ জন চান্স পেয়ে থাকে। বাংলাদেশের মাস্টার্সে ভর্তি পরীক্ষাগুলোর মধ্যে অন্যতম প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষা হচ্ছে বুয়েট সিএসইর মাস্টার্সে ভর্তি পরীক্ষা। চান্স পাওয়াটা বেশ কঠিনই বটে। আপনি যদি টপ মেরিট পজিশনে চান্স পান এবং কোনো জবে না থাকেন, অর্থাৎ ফুল টাইম হিসেবে এপ্লাই করে থাকেন, তবে টিএ, আরএ, ফেলোশিপ পেতে পারেন। টিএতে ২২০০০/= বেতন পাওয়া যায়। আরএতে ২৫০০০/= এবং ফেলোশিপে ৩০০০০ টাকা পাওয়া যায়। এবার আসি খরচের বিষয়ে। বুয়েটের মাস্টার্স হয় ১.৫- ৩ বছরের। এই সময়ে সর্বোচ্চ ১৫০০০ টাকার বেশি লাগবেনা। এছাড়াও চান্স পাওয়ার পর একজন বুয়েটিয়ান হিসেবে হলে থাকাসহ সব সুযোগ সুবিধা পাওয়া যায়।

1. Explain whith example, how deadlock can be described by resource allocation graphs.
2. How page faults occur? Describe the action taken by OS when page fault occure
