First Strategic Meeting with HR Firms!!!

To strengthen industry engagement and expand career opportunities for members and students, the ICMAB Career Management Cell (CMC) organized a strategic meeting with 15 leading HR firms at ICMA Bhaban. The meeting, attended by the leadership of and representatives from participating HR firms, focused on building sustainable collaboration and enhancing the ICMAB brand in the competitive job market. The fruitful discussions reflected a shared commitment to positioning ICMAB professionals strongly in both local and global industries through strategic partnerships and professional excellence.

ICMAB Delegation Meets Hon’ble Secretary, Power Division

A delegation from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB), led by its President, Mr. Md. Kausar Alam FCMA, met with Ms. Farzana Mamtaz, Hon’ble Secretary of the Power Division, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, on May 6, 2026, at her office.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the Hon’ble Secretary of the Institute’s ongoing activities and engaged in constructive discussions on key issues related to the development and advancement of the Cost and Management Accounting (CMA) profession in Bangladesh. It also sought the Ministry’s continued support in further strengthening and expanding the scope of the profession.

The Hon’ble Secretary highly appreciated the significant role played by CMAs in supporting the country’s economic development and assured her full cooperation in advancing the profession.
