glafit Inc. is pleased to announce that on May 30, 2025, it has entered into a Basic Agreement (MoU) with Musashi Precision Industries Co., Ltd. to promote the expansion and popularization of electric two-wheel vehicles (EVs) in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

As part of this collaboration, glafit has also accepted a capital investment from Musashi Precision Industries. Through the integration of both companies’ technological strengths and operational expertise, the partnership aims to accelerate the full-scale development of the EV business and contribute to a sustainable mobility future in Bangladesh.

glafitは、武蔵精密工業株式会社と、バングラデシュ人民共和国における二輪EV普及に向けた協業を目的として、基本合意書（MoU）を2025年5月30日に締結しました。
これに伴い、glafitは武蔵精密工業からの資本出資も受け入れ、今後、両社の強みを掛け合わせたEVビジネスの本格展開を推進してまいります。
